Job summary

FLSmidth seeks a leader to establish and run the Corporate Growth Office, owning portfolio management, governance, and the operating rhythm to deliver strategic value. You will partner with Business Lines, Group Functions and the CEO to drive growth initiatives with pace and transparency.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional experience, including several years with a leading management consultancy or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the Growth Office operating model with governance forums, roles and decision rights.
• Oversee portfolio management: milestones, value targets, risks and interdependencies.
• Prepare decision-ready material for Executive Leadership Team and Board updates.
