Job summary

Visma e-conomic is seeking a Director of Commercial and Portfolio Strategy to lead the commercial vision across the Business Hub. You’ll own value-creation plans for the product portfolio and partner with product, engineering and operations to drive growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Leading 15+ commercial colleagues, you’ll shape strategy from portfolio level to hands-on product teams, work closely with Emilie, COO, and report to the leadership team, with hybrid work available in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Commercially sharp – read value streams and seize earning potential.
• Hands-on experience in value creation or commercial strategy in PE, consulting, or portfolio settings.
• Proven leadership – building, coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define endgame/runway for each product and create portfolio strategy.
• Develop value-creation plans per product to reach targets.
• Turn value streams into commercial plans and execute with the Commercial Lead.
• Pursue cross-sell/attach opportunities within the Visma base.
• Develop a repeatable value creation method for new companies.
• Set portfolio priorities based on growth potential.
