Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking a Vice President, Head of Thickening to drive global performance across the Thickener portfolio. You will own the P&L, shape the commercial strategy, and lead a matrixed team spanning product, engineering, and sales to accelerate growth.

The role requires deep thickening technology experience and credibility to engage with customers and executives, while aligning regional execution with global roadmap and lifecycle solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading a global business with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the global P&L for the Thickeners portfolio and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute long-term strategy and growth plans for Capital and Upgrades & Rebuilds.
• Lead global pricing, contract negotiations, and market expansions.
• Manage a global team of Product Managers, Engineers, and sales professionals.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
• Identify new revenue streams and scalable upgrade offerings.
