Milestone Systems is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Corporate Development to shape our strategic direction and turn strategy into action. You will lead the Strategy & Corporate Development team, work closely with executive leadership, and drive priorities across the organization.

You will guide corporate strategy, transformation, and global competitive intelligence, partnering with ELT/SLT and across functions to deliver measurable impact and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of top-tier management consulting experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex markets and business models.
• Experience leading complex strategic or transformational initiatives across an organization.
• Experience with M&A and corporate development, including due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy development and translate strategy into clear priorities and execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives across the organization to create alignment and momentum from ambition to execution.
• Lead and develop Strategy Managers and Market & Competitive Intelligence Managers.
• Own the global market and competitive intelligence agenda to support strategic decisions.
• Drive strategic and commercial aspects of M&A, including evaluating opportunities and due diligence.
• Partner with ELT, SLT and functional leaders on strategic questions and priorities.
• Turn strategic choices into action and manage cross-functional change with focus on outcomes.
