Good Tape is seeking a hands-on growth lead to own the acquisition engine across paid channels, SEO, and creative. You’ll shape campaigns and messaging that attract the right users and fuel growth.

You’ll partner with Sales, Data, Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure the right people see us, click, and return. A proactive, AI-first, data-driven mindset is a must in our fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in data-driven marketing and growth experiments.
• Proven ability to manage paid channels and organic acquisition.
• Strong communication across Sales, Data, Product Marketing and Success.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing across paid channels from strategy to execution.
• Drive SEO and organic acquisition, including site structure.
• Develop creative strategy and messaging for campaigns and launches.
• Own lifecycle and CRM: nurture flows, retention, reactivation.
• Own top-of-funnel website content and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Sales to maximize MQL-to-SQL conversion.
• Feed acquisition learnings into pricing and positioning discussions.
