Job summary

Weply in Denmark is seeking a founding growth marketer to build the growth engine for our AI-native B2B product. You will drive performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, growth analytics and brand, owning the funnel from awareness to self-serve onboarding.

As the first GTM hire, you’ll run experiments, talk to customers, collaborate with engineering and product daily, and craft a scalable playbook as we validate our model and expand into international markets.

Qualifications

• Documented experience scaling growth from 0-1 to multi‑million ARR in international marketing/growth.
• Experience scaling into multiple international markets.
• Brave, unique positioning and growth strategy to stand out in crowded spaces.
• Analytical, data-driven, hands-on, creative with good taste.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth engine for a new AI-native B2B product.
• Drive all growth initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, website, growth analytics and brand.
• Own the entire digital product growth including funnel and onboarding.
• Be the first GTM hire, run experiments at scale, talk to customers, iterate with engineering and product daily.
• Develop a scalable playbook as validation and results grow; manage budget for experiments.
