Job summary

Landfolk, a Danish vacation-homes platform, is seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to scale user acquisition from our Aarhus office. You will own the strategy, budget, and ROI across paid search and paid social, driving sustainable growth with an agency partner.

This hands‑on leadership role requires data‑driven thinking, sharp optimization of bids and creatives, and collaboration with product, data, and engineering to improve tracking, landing pages, and conversion journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Hands-on operator capable of day-to-day platform management (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
• Analytical mindset with experience in web analytics and attribution models.
• MarTech and AI-savvy with practical understanding of marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overarching performance marketing strategy and budget for all channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic).
• Lead high‑performing campaigns, optimize bidding, targeting, and ad creatives.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering to improve tracking, landing pages, and conversion journeys.
