Job summary

Landfolk in Aarhus is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead user acquisition across paid search and paid social, managing a large Europe-wide budget to maximize pROAS and sustainable growth. You’ll define our performance strategy, optimize bids and creatives, build tracking and attribution with product, data and engineering, and shepherd conversion journeys across landing pages.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise developing and executing performance marketing strategies.
• Hands-on execution with the platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics tools and attribution models.
• Deep understanding of marketing technology and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop the overarching strategy, KPIs, and budget for all Landfolk performance marketing channels.
• Paid search and social excellence: Manage high-performing campaigns to acquire guests and hosts and optimize bidding.
• Operational execution: Build campaigns, conduct keyword research, A/B test ad copy, ensure high-quality output.
• Performance and optimization: Use data to measure and improve campaign results, build attribution models, report metrics.
• Growth across two-sided marketplace: Balance spend across markets and scale new markets for guests and hosts.
• Product, data and engineering collaboration: Work with product and data teams to improve tracking and conversion journeys.
