Job summary

Saxo Group, headquartered in Copenhagen, seeks a Senior Governance Manager to drive and evolve governance frameworks across the Group, partnering with Executive Management to ensure transparent, compliant decision-making.

You will act as secretary to the RRGC, maintain directives and policies, advise on governance processes, and lead initiatives to raise standards across Saxo and the wider Safra Group. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, or compliance within a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of governance frameworks across the Saxo Bank Group.
• Drive operation of Group management committees and governance forums.
• Coordinate governance initiatives with Executive Management and stakeholders.
• Act as secretary to the Regulatory Risk and Governance Committee (RRGC).
• Maintain governance documentation including directives, policies, and charters.
