Copenhagen (HQ), Denmark-based Saxo Bank is seeking a Senior Governance Manager to support and evolve governance frameworks across the Saxo Bank Group. You will work closely with the Head of Group Governance to ensure governance arrangements remain effective, transparent and aligned with regulatory expectations.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation, including Executive Management, driving governance initiatives that enable sound decision-making and disciplined

Competenze

• Experience with governance-related matters within business management, risk, compliance, or similar function.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across an international organisation.
• Experience with corporate governance, governance structures, and policy frameworks.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and enhance governance frameworks across Saxo Bank Group.
• Drive operation of Group management committees, governance forums and accountability arrangements.
• Coordinate governance initiatives and deliverables involving Executive Management and stakeholders.
• Act as secretary to the Regulatory Risk and Governance Committee (RRGC) and manage meetings.
• Maintain and enhance governance documentation, including Group Directives and policies.
• Provide expert governance advice and constructive challenge on governance processes and accountability.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen governance standards across the Group.
