Job summary

Saxo Bank, headquartered in Copenhagen, is seeking a Senior Governance Manager to enhance governance frameworks across the group and support aligned decision‑making. You will work with the Head of Group Governance and senior leaders to drive governance initiatives with transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience with governance-related matters within business management, risk, compliance, or a similar function.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across an international organisation.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; proactive mindset and continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and enhancement of governance frameworks across the Saxo Bank Group.
• Drive the operation of Group management committees, governance forums and accountability arrangements.
• Coordinate governance initiatives involving Executive Management and stakeholders across Saxo and the Safra Group.
• Act as secretary to the Regulatory Risk and Governance Committee (RRGC) and manage meeting planning and follow-up.
• Maintain governance documentation, including directives, policies, charters and terms of reference.
• Provide expert governance advice on processes, decision-making and accountability structures.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen governance standards and drive continuous improvement.
