Job summary

Saxo Bank Group in Copenhagen (HQ) is seeking a Senior Governance Manager to strengthen governance frameworks across the group. You will work closely with the Head of Group Governance to ensure governance arrangements remain effective, transparent and aligned with regulatory expectations.

You will coordinate committees, maintain directives and policies, and provide expert governance guidance to executives across Saxo and its international affiliates.

Qualifications

• Experience with governance structures in large organisations.
• Strong understanding of policy frameworks and committee management.
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives across international parts of the organisation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously enhance governance frameworks across Saxo Bank Group.
• Drive the operation of Group management committees, governance forums and accountability arrangements.
• Coordinate governance initiatives with Executive Management and stakeholders across Saxo and Safra Group.
• Act as secretary to the Regulatory Risk and Governance Committee (RRGC), planning meetings and follow-up.
• Maintain and enhance governance documentation, including directives, policies, charters and terms of reference.
• Provide expert governance advice and constructive challenge on processes, decisions and accountability.
