Saxo Bank in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Head of FCP GWRA & Policies to lead development and enhancement of Group-Wide Risk Assessment and financial crime policy frameworks. You will guide a team of specialists, align with regulatory expectations, and partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal and business units to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions across the organisation.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in Financial Crime Prevention, Compliance, Risk Management or equivalent in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in AML, CTF, sanctions and broader financial crime risk management frameworks.
• Experience leading specialists and building high-performing teams.
• Proven track record designing and evolving enterprise-wide risk assessment methodologies and governance.
• Deep understanding of financial crime policy development and regulatory expectations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in international and matrixed organisations.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

• Lead and develop the GWRA & Policies team, fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Set strategic direction for Group-Wide Risk Assessment framework, methodology and governance.
• Oversee annual and ongoing enterprise-wide financial crime risk assessment processes with governance, reporting and remediation.
• Drive development of the financial crime policy framework to be risk-based and practically implemented across the organisation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into clear frameworks and guidance.
• Lead remediation initiatives arising from audits and regulatory reviews to ensure timely outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management on financial crime risk, policy and regulatory expectations.
• Strengthen collaboration across Financial Crime Prevention, Compliance, Risk, Legal and business units.
