Job summary

Saxo Bank is seeking an experienced leader to head the GWRA & Policies team within Financial Crime Prevention at our Copenhagen HQ. You will steer the Group-Wide Risk Assessment and policy frameworks, ensuring they are risk-based, robust and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.

In this senior role you will manage a team of specialists, set priorities, engage with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Legal, and translate complex regulations into practical, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in financial crime prevention or compliance.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical frameworks.
• Experience building and evolving risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the GWRA & Policies team to deliver robust, risk-based frameworks.
• Set strategic direction for the Group-Wide Risk Assessment framework and governance.
• Oversee enterprise-wide financial crime risk assessments, governance and remediation activities.
• Drive development of financial crime policy framework to be practical and consistently implemented.
