All Gravy in Copenhagen is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive the German market. This full-time role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants real growth and hands-on learning.

You will target mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands, book meetings with AEs, and eventually own SMB cycles. German native and English fluency are a must, and you’ll be based in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or imminent graduation from college or university.
• Prior office experience via internship or student job is a plus.
• Discovery-first mindset: ask smart questions, listen actively, articulate value.
• Resilient and persistent when facing objections.
• Curious and hungry to learn in a fast-paced startup.
• Native German language required; fluent English; based in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales targeting the German market using pre-built lead lists.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) with clear hypotheses.
• Lead discovery calls to map pains and stakeholders and book meetings for the AE.
