Job summary
Grundfos is seeking a Senior Workspace Experience Specialist to drive employee experience, workplace engagement and change initiatives across global locations. You will shape how Grundfos employees work, collaborate and thrive by translating workplace data and feedback into improvements.
You will facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder engagement, and align workplace solutions with business needs across an international, matrix-based organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee experience, workplace strategy, change management or service design.
- Strong ability to support cross-functional projects translating insights into solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation in complex, international environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive employee experience and workplace engagement initiatives globally using data and feedback.
- Lead communication, stakeholder engagement and change management for workplace transformations.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align solutions with business needs.
- Support development and implementation of global workspace concepts and standards.
- Develop strategic recommendations and business cases based on workplace insights.
- Lead workplace projects with HR, Group Facility, stakeholders and partners within scope, quality, timeline and budget.
