The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong facilitation skills, and fluency in English. Travel up to 20 days per year is expected, with a focus on creating a thriving, inclusive work

Qualifications

5+ years in employee experience, workplace strategy, or change management.
Experience translating insights into practical workplace solutions.
Strong stakeholder management in international environments.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
