group.one is seeking a Client Manager to support clients throughout their website journey, from initial conversation to publication. You will discuss requirements, coordinate revisions, and manage domain and email transfers, while leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

Professional experience in client service with daily client interaction.
Affinity for digital products and processes; quick to learn new systems including AI-supported tools.
Basic understanding of website structure and design principles; able to explain steps and results to clients.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contact our Dutch- and English-speaking customers globally via welcome calls (no sales).
Discuss client requirements for their website and consult on structure.
Coordinate final revision requests after website creation and ensure publication.
Handle domain and email transfers for clients.
Collaborate with AI-supported tools to streamline the process.
Maintain a consultative, service-oriented approach to deliver outstanding client experience.
