Are you a relationship builder with a passion for driving growth? Management Events is seeking Key Client Managers and Network Growth Managers to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of high-level decision-makers.

As a Key Client Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing C-suite clients. As a Network Growth Manager, you will identify and cultivate new relationships with C-suite executives.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and engage with high-level decision-makers in your target market
• Initiate contact with C-level executives by phone and on LinkedIn to excite them about our concept
• Demonstrate the value of our service and convince them to become part of our exclusive business network in personal scheduled video call meetings
• Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives
• Learn more about their interests, investment plans and upcoming projects
• Develop and execute strategies to expand our network and build valuable relationships, by knowing your customers key challenges and focus areas
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Management Events

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of client-facing experience in a commercial or B2B environment
• Previous experience with cold calling and building business relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Passion for connecting with key industry players and driving business growth
• Proactive and persistent approach to reaching new clients and overcoming challenges
• Fluency in Danish and English
