Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to define store concepts, lead visual merchandising strategy, and shape shopper experiences across future LEGO retail formats. You will partner with Retail Design, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing and Digital teams to drive storytelling, store flow and brand consistency.

Danish and English language requirements apply, with no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

10+ years of visual merchandising leadership within a global retail brand.
Led visual merchandising initiatives from concept to execution in a head office or support centre.
Built partnerships with Retail Design teams across fixtures, props, merchandising materials and communication formats.
Applied merchandising expertise including planograms, product allocation and retail execution processes.
Created impactful retail storytelling and shopper communication solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop visual merchandising strategy for future store concepts.
Define store layout, flow and touchpoint prioritisation to support performance and engagement.
Create audience-focused storytelling opportunities across themes, shopper passions and activations.
Develop shopper messaging tools across printed and digital channels.
Create guidelines, training tools and support mechanisms for global consistency.
Foster strong partnerships to elevate the retail experience and identify innovation opportunities.
