LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager in Copenhagen to define and lead the visual merchandising strategy for future LEGO store concepts. You will shape store layout, flow and shopper experience, while ensuring strong product storytelling across channels.
The role requires 10+ years in visual merchandising leadership within global retail, with a track record of cross-functional influence and data-driven decision-making. A hybrid work model is in place with a Copenhagen base.
As our Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll help define how shoppers experience LEGO® products across future retail concepts. You'll lead visual merchandising strategy for new store formats, shaping store flow, product storytelling, shopper communication and experience activation. Working across Retail Design & Development, Retail Planning & Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing Communications, Digital & Shopper Product, and Retail Experience & Marketing teams, you'll play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the LEGO Group's retail business.
Please not that this role is based in our Copenhagen HUB and no relocation assistance is offered.
If you've worked in a role where you've transformed shopper experiences through visual merchandising, design partnerships and commercial storytelling, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine creativity, commercial thinking and cross-functional influence to create meaningful retail experiences.
The Visual Merchandising team shapes the in-store experience through visual merchandising solutions that activate products, elevate shopper messaging and support consistent execution across store formats. As part of Retail Experience & Marketing, we're at our best when we work together. We connect, interact and engage with shoppers every day, and we enjoy bringing the LEGO brand to life. You'll join a collaborative team that values creativity, curiosity, flexibility, problem solving and strong partnership across functions.
You'll become a trusted leader in defining visual merchandising principles for future retail concepts while helping ensure commercial and experience metrics are achieved. Over time, your impact will be seen through stronger shopper storytelling, scalable execution frameworks and innovative retail experiences that support continued LEGO Retail expansion. You'll work closely with leaders and specialists across Retail Design, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing and Digital teams to make that vision a reality.
