• Projects are conducted mainly using the Waterfall methodology with internal teams and suppliers.
• A financial understanding is needed to manage project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Secure alignment of project objectives, scope, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate, follow-up and monitor activities from start to finish.
• Maintain baseline project plan, budget, and resource allocation for timely milestones.
• Report on projects and their budget/costs.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure governance processes, quality gates, and reporting standards.
• Provide regular status updates to SteerCo and stakeholders.
• Assist with Portfolio Management and roadmap updates.
