Job summary

FalCom, part of the GN Group, seeks a Pursuit Manager to own complex tender responses from opportunity assessment to submission and award. You will build the structure, processes and relationships that enable compliant, competitive bids across international stakeholders.

Based in our Ballerup offices, you will report to the Head of Sales, Stephan Meijers, and travel 10-20 days per year. We offer a flexible environment where clear communication and early risk escalation are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bids or tenders end-to-end, preferably in defence, security or other publicly tendered sectors.
• Ability to process complex information with curiosity and sound judgement to translate requirements into action plans.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with initiative to introduce structure and improve processes.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions, locations, and international partners.
• Experience with defence or law-enforcement procurement and using Excel and digital tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Track, maintain and prepare for long-term tender opportunities.
• Support and coordinate pursuit activities.
• Manage tender responses end-to-end from opportunity assessment through submission and award.
• Clarify requirements and gather technical, commercial, regulatory and partner information for each submission.
• Establish pursuit, bid processes, checklists and governance for compliant tender delivery.
• Identify tender risks early and coordinate mitigation actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate input across international stakeholders to ensure timely and complete tender submissions.
• Prepare commercial offers with Sales and Pricing to balance competitiveness and margins.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, local partners and agents between tenders.
