Job summary

Falck Europe is seeking a Bid Writer and Tender Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team in Aarhus. You will craft high-quality, compliant bid responses, coordinate with experts, and guide tenders end-to-end to support growth across Europe.

You’ll develop compelling narratives, analyze market dynamics, and help standardise tender processes. Training is provided, with opportunities to collaborate across borders and drive data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience as bid writer or proposal writer, or similar roles such as technical writing or consulting.
• Experience with project management and coordinating stakeholders, deadlines and deliverables.
• Basic financial understanding and commercial mindset.
• Interest or experience in data analysis, market intelligence or competitor analysis, with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Danish and English, bridging commercial, financial and technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and deliver clear, compliant bid responses for strategic opportunities.
• Develop value propositions and compelling narratives with SMEs across Falck.
• Project-manage tenders end-to-end, plan milestones, lead bid teams, obtain approvals and submit bids.
• Analyse tender requirements, market trends and competitor activity to inform bid strategy.
• Contribute to Tender Excellence by improving methods and standards across Europe.
• Act as sparring partner balancing market position, risk and long-term value.
