Job summary

Falck Europe is seeking a Bid Writer and Tender Specialist based in Aarhus to strengthen our commercial foundation. You will turn complex opportunities into compelling, compliant bids and work with subject matter experts to craft high-quality responses that support growth.

Initially you will focus on writing and shaping bids, then coordinating tender management and planning. Over time you will contribute to data-driven market insights and cross-European collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Some years of experience as a bid writer, proposal writer or in a similar role, such as technical writing, communications or consulting
• Experience with project management and coordinating stakeholders, deadlines and deliverables. Experience with public tenders is a plus, but not a requirement – we will train you
• Basic financial understanding and commercial mindset
• Interest or experience in data analysis, market intelligence or competitor analysis, with the ability to turn insights into recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content and to bridge commercial, financial and technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit clear, high-quality and compliant bid responses for strategic and complex opportunities
• Develop clear value propositions and compelling narratives by working closely with subject matter experts across the organisation, capturing their expertise and following up persistently to secure their input
• Project-manage selected tenders end-to-end, including setting up the plan and milestones, running kick-off and review meetings, managing the bid team and driving the process through internal approval gates to submission
• Analyse tender requirements, competitive landscapes, market trends, and competitor activity to support data-driven bid strategies
• Contribute to Tender Excellence by helping improve methods, standards and ways of working across Europe
• Over time, act as a sparring partner to the business, balancing market position, risk, and long-term value.

About The Job

To strengthen our commercial foundation and support future growth and profitability, we are looking for a Bid Writer and Tender Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team in Falck Europe, based in Aarhus.

We are a team of highly skilled specialists working together to develop tender strategies, strengthen tender excellence, standardise processes and increase automation to improve efficiency, scalability and success rates across tenders in Europe every day. In this role, your focus will vary depending on tender activity throughout the year. At times, you will primarily write and shape compelling, high-quality bids. At other times, you will support tender management through coordination and planning. Over time, you will also contribute to stronger collaboration across Europe and help build a more data-driven approach to market and competitor analysis and translating insights into concrete recommendations on where to focus our tender efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To

About You

Role

As such, you might not be seasoned in all aspects of the role yet, but to set you up for success, we imagine that you already have:
