Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with business leaders, and attract top talent across multiple functions. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder collaboration to support Maersk's global growth.

The candidate will handle multiple recruitment projects, advise Hiring Managers on best practices, and optimize processes using Workday or Taleo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience with creative sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from posting to hire.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate recruitment.
• Partner with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and Recruitment Coordination team to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in interviews and provide guidance to Hiring Managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Analyze the talent market and identify relevant talent pools.
