Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for Contract Logistics Europe. The role leads a cross-country TA team, translating workforce strategies into hiring plans and ensuring timely recruitment delivery for new warehouse site launches across Europe.

• Deep understanding of the Contract Logistics market, including warehouse, distribution, and site leadership hiring.
• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a complex, multi-country environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset: curious about how work gets done and motivated to improve over time.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment within logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics.
• Experience managing large-scale hiring, including new site or operational launch recruitment.
• Strong project management capability coordinating hiring across multiple stakeholders and locations.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a complex, multi-country environment.
