Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Contract Logistics hiring across warehousing and site leadership.
• Proven experience leading TA teams in a complex, multi-country setting.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive sustainable changes.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise in logistics or contract logistics.
• Experience managing large-scale hiring for new sites or operations.

• Head recruitment for new warehouse site launches across Europe with strong project management.
• Translate workforce strategies into structured hiring plans with HR and business leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving governance and hiring processes.
• Standardise and optimise recruitment processes with consistent, compliant practices.
• Leverage data to track performance and improve hiring outcomes.
