Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will develop sourcing strategies, engage with Hiring Managers, and deliver an efficient hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems like Workday/Taleo, and a proactive, stakeholder-facing mindset to influence hiring decisions globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and independently managing multiple processes.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; proactive and ownership-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from posting to hire.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate process.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and Recruitment team.
• Support interviews and provide recruitment guidance to Hiring Managers.
