Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment and partner with business leaders to attract top talent. You will leverage sourcing expertise, market knowledge, and stakeholder management to identify pipelines, advise Hiring Managers, and deliver efficient hiring across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Has recruitment experience and can independently manage multiple processes.
• Experience with creative sourcing strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Holds a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Self-driven and takes ownership of work.
• Experience engaging with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
• Curious, asks the right questions, and challenges constructively.
• Tech-savvy, with ATS experience (Workday/Taleo preferred).
• Proactive, organized and accountable with ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to hire.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies while identifying qualified candidates, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate the process.
• Partner with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and Recruitment Coordination to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in interviews and provide recruitment guidance to Hiring Managers.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Analyze the talent market and identify relevant talent pools.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment and is comfortable independently managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience with creative sourcing strategies and strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Holds a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Is self-driven and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
• Has experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and is confident engaging with Hiring Managers.
• Is curious, asks the right questions, and challenges constructively to achieve the best hiring outcomes.
• Tech-savvy, with prior ATS experience (Workday/Taleo preferred).
• Proactive, organized and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
