As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities and partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. Leveraging your sourcing expertise, market knowledge, and stakeholder management skills, you will identify talent pipelines, advise Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices, and deliver efficient and effective hiring processes across multiple functions. You will play a key role in shaping positive candidate experiences, influencing hiring decisions, and helping the business secure the talent needed to achieve its ambitions. Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to hire.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies while proactively identifying and engaging qualified candidates, including hard-to-fill positions.
• Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Partner closely with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and the Recruitment Coordination team to ensure an efficient and professional hiring process.
• Participate in interviews and provide recruitment guidance to Hiring Managers when needed.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Analyze the talent market and identify relevant talent pools.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment and is comfortable independently managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience with creative sourcing strategies and strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Is self-driven and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
• Has experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and is confident engaging with Hiring Managers.
• Is curious, asks the right questions, and challenges constructively to achieve the best hiring outcomes.
• Tech-savvy, with prior ATS experience (Workday/Taleo preferred).
• Proactive, organized and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
