Job summary

Genmab, a global biotech company, seeks a Student Worker for the Global Talent Acquisition team in Denmark. You’ll gain hands-on TA experience, support interview coordination, postings, and candidate logistics from day one.

Based in Denmark, you’ll report to the Senior TA Manager, developing practical TA skills in a global environment and contributing to a proactive recruitment workflow.

Qualifications

• Final year Bachelor’s student, HR or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and administrative precision.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with TA Managers and Hiring Managers.
• Proofread and publish job postings on career site and platforms.
• Arrange travel and logistics for candidates and meetings.
• Maintain HR data quality in Workday and related systems.
• Support recruitment events across Denmark and Europe.
• Assist with candidate assessments and TA projects.
