Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Director, Head of Global Talent Acquisition to define and drive the company's global TA strategy, aligning business priorities with attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Based in Copenhagen, you will lead a multinational TA team, shape employer brand, governance, and end-to-end recruitment, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable results. This is a high-visibility role with impact on brain-disorder therapies.

Qualifications

• Senior-level TA leadership in a global org with matrix reporting.
• Proven ability to translate priorities into external talent strategies.
• Experience shaping end-to-end recruitment across regions.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and data privacy in recruitment.
• Experience using data and tech to improve recruitment performance.
• Bachelor's degree; master's or related advanced qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Lundbeck's Global Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Shape the Attraction journey, including Employer Brand, to engage top talent.
• Turn workforce priorities into proactive sourcing and pipelines.
• Own and improve global end-to-end recruitment governance.
• Lead and develop the Global TA team across global, regional and local teams.
• Partner with senior business and P&C leaders to drive alignment and change.
