Lundbeck A/S, H is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to define and drive the company’s global TA strategy from Copenhagen. You will shape attraction journeys, EVP, and Employer Brand to engage high-potential talent while building proactive pipelines and governance across regions.

You will lead a Global TA team, partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical, compliant recruitment practices and data-driven improvements for a faster, more inclusive hiring

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior-level Talent Acquisition experience in a global or international organization.
• Broad expertise across recruitment, attraction and employer branding, strategic sourcing, and senior/executive hiring.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into external talent strategies and pipelines.
• Experience designing or improving end-to-end recruitment processes, governance and compliance.
• Experience using data/insights to drive performance and working with recruitment tech and external partners.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and drive meaningful change.
• Bachelor's degree; master's in HR/Business is advantageous.

• Turn workforce priorities into proactive talent mapping and pipelines.
• Own and continuously improve the global end-to-end recruitment journey and governance.
• Lead and develop the Global TA team across global, regional and local teams.
