Job summary

DSV invites applications for an External Reporting Specialist in Corporate Accounting & Finance based in Hedehusene. You will prepare annual statutory financial statements for Group holding companies, ensure IFRS and Danish local GAAP compliance, and coordinate external audits in collaboration with global finance teams.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP ERP experience, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent English to engage with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Experience coordinating external audits.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Danish local GAAP (ÅRL).
• Strong Excel skills; SAP ERP experience is an advantage.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements for DSV Group holding companies.
• Coordinate year-end audit process and act as main contact for external auditors.
• Prepare reconciliations, audit documentation and workpapers.
• Monitor changes in accounting/reporting requirements and assess impact.
• Collaborate with internal Group teams to validate reporting data.
• Submit statutory reports to authorities and meet filing deadlines.
• Improve and standardize reporting processes.
