Job summary

DSV A/S in Denmark seeks a Financial Reporting specialist to join the Group Corporate Accounting & Finance team. You will ensure accurate statutory reporting for DSV Group holding companies and act as a key contact for audits.

You will prepare annual statutory financial statements, coordinate external audits, and work with Finance, Tax, Legal and internal audit to uphold IFRS and local GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing statutory financial statements.
• Experience coordinating external audits.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Danish GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements for DSV Group holding companies.
• Coordinate year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and internal audit teams to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Monitor changes in accounting requirements and assess their impact on reporting.
