Job summary

DSV is seeking an External Reporting Specialist to strengthen our Group Corporate Accounting & Finance team in Denmark. You will prepare annual statutory financial statements for Group holding companies, ensure IFRS and Danish local GAAP compliance, and coordinate the year-end audit with external auditors.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal and Internal Audit, maintain thorough reconciliations and documentation, and help improve our statutory reporting processes across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Experience working with external auditors.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or ÅRL (Danish local GAAP).
• Strong Excel skills and SAP ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements for DSV Group holding companies.
• Coordinate the year-end audit process and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Prepare reconciliations, audit documentation, and supporting workpapers.
• Monitor changes in accounting and reporting requirements and assess their impact.
• Collaborate with internal Group teams to gather and validate reporting data.
• Submit statutory reports to relevant authorities and ensure compliance with filing deadlines.
• Contribute to improving and standardizing reporting processes.
