Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Experience coordinating external audits and liaising with auditors.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Danish local GAAP (ÅRL).
• Strong Excel skills; SAP ERP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements for DSV Group holding companies.
• Coordinate the year-end audit and act as main contact for auditors.
• Ensure IFRS and local GAAP compliance in reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal and internal audit teams.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting/reporting requirements.
