Job summary

ISS World Services A/S in Søborg, Denmark seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to lead sustainability and annual report processes, ensuring IFRS, CSRD and EU Taxonomy compliance.

You will own the sustainability statement, coordinate across finance and ESG teams, and liaise with external auditors to strengthen governance and reporting. A senior candidate with 10+ years, a cand.merc.aud. or equivalent and fluent English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance background with sustainability reporting experience.
• Hands-on CSRD implementation and preparing sustainability and financial statements.
• Academic background cand.merc.aud. or State Authorised Public Accountant.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning and developing content for the Group’s sustainability statement.
• Driving the annual report process across functions.
• Leading the audit and assurance process related to the sustainability statement.
• Acting as the internal subject matter expert on CSRD/ESRS and EU Taxonomy.
• Partnering with ESG Controlling on accounting policies and sustainability metrics.
• Supporting the Group’s double materiality assessment process.
• Collaborating with and advising the Group’s sustainability leadership forum.
