Job summary

You will prepare annual statutory financial statements for Group holding companies, ensure IFRS and Danish local GAAP compliance, and coordinate external audits in collaboration with global finance teams.

Qualifications

Are you passionate about financial reporting and statutory compliance? Join DSV's Group Corporate Accounting & Finance team and help ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality statutory reporting for our Group holding companies.

In this role, you will prepare annual statutory financial statements, coordinate external audits, and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Tax, Legal, and internal audit teams. You'll become part of an international finance organization where collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements for DSV Group holding companies.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate the year-end audit process and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Prepare reconciliations, audit documentation, and supporting workpapers.
• Monitor changes in accounting and reporting requirements and assess their impact.
• Collaborate with internal Group teams to gather and validate reporting data.
• Submit statutory reports to relevant authorities and ensure compliance with filing deadlines.
• Contribute to improving and standardizing reporting processes.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with financial reporting, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives in an international environment.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Experience working with external auditors.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or ÅRL (Danish local GAAP).
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP ERP are an advantage.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
