Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations to lead end-to-end procurement for offshore logistics, transport & installation, and foundations. You will negotiate key contracts, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within a global supplier network.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong English communication, and experience with high-value CAPEX projects in renewables or related sectors.

Qualifications

About 5 years of experience on high value CAPEX procurement projects.
Experience in large renewables projects, oil and gas, or similar complex industries.
Experience in international environment with large spend suppliers.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories and projects, from strategy to contract.
Act as single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers, gathering input from stakeholders.
Develop, tailor, and oversee procurement strategies, contracts, PQQ and ITT materials for project needs.
Steer and guide core tender teams, ensuring compliance, transparency and fair competition.
Drive stakeholder management, align decisions with category strategies and protocols.
Promote and implement best-in-class procurement practices and contribute to supply chain development.
