Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations to lead strategic sourcing across offshore logistics, transport & installation and foundations. You will drive end-to-end procurement, negotiate major contracts, and align with stakeholders to deliver value for complex offshore projects.

The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, excellent English, and hands-on experience with CAPEX procurement in large-scale renewables or oil & gas

Qualifications

• Five years of experience on high-value CAPEX procurement projects.
• Renewables, oil & gas, or other complex industries experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and senior-level stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy with a proactive, collaborative mindset; ability to drive change.
• EU tender experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for assigned offshore categories and projects.
• Be the single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers.
• Develop and tailor procurement strategies, contracts, PQQ and ITT materials.
• Steer tender teams to ensure compliance, transparency and fair competition.
• Drive stakeholder alignment with category strategies and business protocols.
• Promote best-in-class procurement practices and contribute to supply chain development.
