Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Senior Director, Global Service Sales to lead its international Service Sales organization across Denmark, Spain, the USA and China. You will set the commercial direction, strengthen customer relationships and drive profitable growth through pricing, pipeline management and business development.

Reporting to the VP Service, you will build high-performing teams, establish accountability, and ensure strong execution across Service Operations, Engineering and Project

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for global Service Sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen aftermarket offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Strengthen pricing discipline and forecasting across regions.
• Lead and motivate an international sales organization.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Engineering and PM to ensure execution.
