Job summary

Ellab in Denmark is seeking a Sales Support & Business Development Specialist to support day-to-day commercial activities and grow the business with distributors and customers, working with Sales Managers and international distributors.

You will manage documentation, coordinate requests, onboard distributors, and build product knowledge to provide first-line commercial support; you will identify opportunities for upgrades and recurring business.

Qualifications

• Structured approach to work with focus on details.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience with international distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers in distributor and customer development.
• Prepare commercial documents, certificates, price lists, and product info.
• Coordinate distributor and customer requests with internal teams.
• Assist meetings, reviews, and follow-ups with distributors/customers.
• Onboard new distributors and ensure documentation and processes are in place.
• Develop product and technical knowledge to provide first-line support.
• Ensure access to up-to-date product and technical information.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services within existing accounts.
• Support campaigns targeting customers with older equipment and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing on lead generation and growth.
• Suggest ideas to improve distributor engagement and customer communication.
