• Strong knowledge of SAP and other IT-tools used in Commercial and Supply Chain ops; AI capabilities are a plus.
• Experience in process governance, change management, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for Sales Order Processing, Billing, and After-Sales Corrections.
• Lead BPM meetings and coordinate with governance groups.
• Balance global standards with local/regulatory needs while maximizing value.
• Own process documentation and oversee BPM initiatives across levels 3–5.
• Escalation point for process-related decisions beyond the BPM scope.
• Monitor process performance and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Drive cross-functional and regional alignment on process changes.
