Qualifications

Extensive experience in business process design and optimisation within pharma or life sciences.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
Proven ability to apply Lean, value stream mapping, Gemba, or similar improvement methods.

Responsibilities

Design and govern scalable customer engagement processes across global and local markets.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive alignment across teams and senior stakeholders.
Translate business needs into process flows, requirements, and acceptance criteria with IT and partners.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean / Kaizen methods.
Set global standards and enable train-the-trainer models for platform adoption.
