Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales processes, frameworks or implementations across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Excellence and CRM-supported sales processes.
• Fluency in English and effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global Sales Excellence roadmap across markets.
• Partner with regional leaders to align priorities and standardize processes.
• Identify local practices to scale across the organization.
• Determine globally mandatory versus locally owned processes.
• Lead adoption of new ways of working with market feedback.
• Define CRM-supported sales processes, opportunity management, and onboarding.
• Strengthen use of CRM and data to improve execution and predictability.
• Lay foundation for a future Global Sales Excellence team.
