Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Field Medical Excellence Lead to strengthen global Field Medical execution across our portfolio. You will connect data, Medical CRM, reporting and AI-enabled tools to deliver measurable impact, while aligning regional and local teams with global priorities.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and other functions to embed new approaches, ensure compliant adoption, and drive high-quality KEE engagement planning across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience from Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally including Field Medical, MSL or Field Medical Excellence.
• Experience developing and implementing KPIs, metrics, performance measurement and impact reporting.
• Advanced degree in life sciences or business; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve global Field Medical frameworks, processes and methodologies for harmonized working while allowing local adaptation.
• Define, monitor and interpret Field Medical KPIs and reporting to inform leadership decisions.
• Strengthen Medical CRM and digital capabilities with focus on data quality, workflows and adoption.
• Lead cross-market initiatives and support adoption of new processes, tools and data-driven ways of working.
