Job summary

Essity is seeking a Commercial Development Director for Nordics & Baltics to drive strategic execution across seven markets. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, engage local markets, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Global functions to improve sales effectiveness and capabilities.

You will lead a team of commercial specialists, manage tender governance, and ensure data-driven decision making while traveling across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Commercial Excellence or Sales Operations.
• Experience in tender environments is strongly valued.
• Fluent in English; experience working across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Translate global and cluster priorities into roadmaps, processes and actions.
• Build partnerships with local market organizations and global functions.
• Drive sales effectiveness and KPI governance across the cluster.
• Lead the adoption of CRM, analytics and commercial processes.
