Lundbeck is seeking a Field Medical Excellence Lead to strengthen global Field Medical execution, aligning priorities with data and AI-enabled insights. You will drive frameworks, KPIs and cross-market initiatives while ensuring compliant, scalable adoption across markets.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, clinical development and data teams to deliver measurable impact, data-driven strategies and enhanced reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, including Field Medical or MSL roles.
• Experience with Medical CRM systems and AI-enabled tools, translating priorities into measurable actions.
• Ability to lead cross-market initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced degree and strong analytical and project management capabilities; fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Develop global Field Medical frameworks, processes and methodologies with harmonized, compliant adoption.
• Define, monitor and interpret Field Medical KPIs and metrics; provide leadership-ready reporting and insights.
• Strengthen Medical CRM and digital capabilities, focusing on data quality, workflows, adoption and connectivity.
• Lead跨-market initiatives and enable adoption of new processes, tools and data-driven approaches.
